CA18157-T10 : Tool to remove receptacle from cage of livelock series CA18000

This tool CA18157-T10 is used to remove receptacle of the livelock serie CA18157.

removal and insertion of the receptacle.

material: carbon steel

heat treatment: minimum 40 RC

finish: black oxide  per MIL-C-13924

usage:

used as barrel removal tool for CA1800 or CA18000 series receptacle and for nut removal tool for CA2100 or CA21000 1/4 size nut plates.

procedure:

1) insert tool between cage and receptacle (nut or barrel) straddling  one lug as shown

2) apply downwoard pressure  on tool to snap receptacle  out of cage.
