Compatibility Keeserts with keenserts

Keeserts are typically made in stainless steel.  The original name comes from the acronym Kees and Insert.

basically you turn the Insert inside the mother material which is typically soft, and then slam the kees of the keesert in.

The installation of a keesert is typically done with help of a manual installation tool.

The keesert tool serves two functions:

1) it helps in turning the insert in.

2) once the keesert is properly located, you need to slam with this tool the kees inside the mother material.  This is done with a hammer.
