Temporary Fasteners - Special
Special Fasteners
Series: TF-353
Temporary fastener installed with torque controlled drivers to clamp aircraft structure at precise preloads. Designed to clamp the structure through the jig in coordination with jig holding solutions TF-352 or TF-350 series. Octagonal driving element for easy driver indexing in limited accessibility applications. Optimized 2-jaw grippers for improved bearing surface and best cost solution.

Series: TF-41CCF / TF-42CCF
Temporary fastener installed with torque controlled drivers to clamp aircraft structure at precise preloads. Spring loaded temporary fastener. Allows sealant squeezing at a defined and constant preload. Cylindrical driving element for optimized installation speed and easy driver indexing or Hexagonal driving element for optimized driver se dimensions and minimal maintenance. 4-jaw grippers for larger bearing surface. Very low protrusion and good camera detectability on gripper side. Typically used with carbon structure and in robotic applications. Countersunk jaws for use in applications where a countersink is present on the gripper side of the structure.
Series: TF-81 / TF-81H
Spring loaded temporary fastener. Allows sealant squeezing at a defined and constant preload. Extra long body. Typically used to clamp the structure through the jig in coordination with jig holding solutions TF-80 or TF-82 series. Cylindrical driving element for optimized installation speed and easy driver indexing or Hexagonal driving element for optimized driver se dimensions and minimal maintenance. Optimized 2-jaw grippers for improved bearing surface and best cost solution.
