Does NSC339 swivel pad clamp come with any white caps on the end?

Question: Does this come with any white caps on the end? we received this item and our stock people are telling us that they should have a white cap and our order didn't Answer: Yes there should be white delrin pads on the ends of the screws. Please confirm these were not in the bag because they just snap on. If not we will issue RMA.
