I am looking for a suppliers of push turn panel latches.
We want to use a latch for secure 2X 2mm aluminium panels, where you uses a 1/4 turn to open and then slam to close. Do you have anything suitable for this application?

Slam turnlocks, come in two kinds.
It depends how hard you will slam the door.
If you do not really slam the door but just push it.
Then I would recommend to use the following:
(the stud is retained in the upper panel by means of a plastic part, when you slam to hard every time, I’m guessing these could break)
slotted head style:
if your panel measure 1.5-2mm use: MPTTLS-02-1520S
if your panel measures 2-2.5mm use: MPTTLS-03-2025S
knurled headstyle:
if your panel measure 1.5-2mm use: MPTTLK-02-1520S
if your panel measures 2-2.5mm use: MPTTLK-03-2025S
a round hole has to be made:
as a receptacle
if your panel measure 1.5-2mm use: MPTR15-20S
if your panel measures 2-2.5mm use: MPTR20-25S
a rectangular hole has to be made:
