How do you perform a strength test with the variable gas springs when there are 2 gas springs installed?

Once the vari-lift parts are fitted they can then be de-gassed to meet the application requirements.  Once this has been done to the customers satisfaction they can then be returned back to the factory,  where a P1 force testing is carried out and we can then look to offer a fixed force production part.  it's simply adding both measured pressures together and divide it by two.  In this way you do not have to worry that you have degassed one of the two gas springs too much.
