What are the key operations number 7 & 8 at camlock?

7 = 180 deg clockwise trapped at 6 o’clock

8 = 360 deg movement with key free only at 12 o’clock. (This is used in vending where the lock is driving a threaded spindle which screws up to close a heavy door)
