Which Lubrification Oil for tools used in cleanroom are accepted?

Oil in a cleanroom, you might think: this does not go.
But if you have an installation tool that you need to use in a cleanroom, you will need to lubrificate it somehow:
here is a list of accepted lubrification oils.
you can also use off course dry lubrification, but that might be more complicated

As a general guideline.
if you use non pneumatic or electrical tool, so hand tools.
Dismantle the hand tool completely, clean it and then you can use it in a cleanroom.
The big worry in a cleanroom when using tools is that you can create particles. Particle generation is to be avoided.
