Prices are subject to variation according to raw material cost, energy, and other significant market fluctuations not under our control.

Our Quotes are now stated to be only valid for 30 days.  This means that in case you place an order with an estimated delivery time later then 1 month, we might have to alter our pricing accordingly.

Note that the information provided is based solely on current estimates of what the price is likely expected to be. Upon receipt of your PO Offer, Anemo Engineering will respond with either a pro forma invoice or an email confirming receipt of the order.
If the pro forma invoice is not paid in 5 business days or delivery will be longer then 30 days, we have the right to propose extra fees to be paid in order to deliver the goods as originally promessed in the confirmed order. We might respond with a counter offer confirming terms which can be met at that time. As noted above, the price provided is only an estimate and will only be binding upon Anemo Engineering’s acceptance for a period of 30 days.

Please note that our Price offer can also be subject to the impact of the Tax tariff. We therefore reserve the right to review our price offer based on the final tariff scope.

Anemo Engineering BV can’t be held reponsible for any late shipment

Delivery lead time is an estimate only at any time, including after acceptance of customer’s PO. Most of our suppliers have informed us that their operations and and delivery performance may be affected and that such an event may constitute a Force Majeure.

We might pro-actively request before shipping an email confirmation if your factory accepts parcels. Furthermore, we might check if our regular transport company which is GLS and TNT in Europe and TNT & FEDEX outside Europe can deliver to your location based on your postal code. When we have a go ahead from you or the transport company, we will ship the goods and you will receive your tracking number.

In some cases, the transport rates from our regular transport companies might go up dramatically.  We reserve the right to change the conditions of CPT or DDU or DAP towards ex-works when such event happens.  Even when the quote has already been sent or payment executed. You can then propose your own carrier number to Anemo and we will ship with your carrier. (typically UPS, DHL...) Or you can arrange yourself the transport with another transport company.

If you place an order with a delivery time later then 1 month, The original quoted delivery time might not be met.
