We always recommend a test as a lot of influencing factors make a big difference.

The biggest factors would be:  

• Situation within your grip range (upper or lower end of your studs range)
• Tolerances of all involved parts
• Belleville spring material

 As a general rule of thumb we say with the 3Bellevilles on a 50F stud you can generate clamping forces from 50N up to 400N.
