Can you still provide parts from the 30L series?

The latches from the 30L-series, namely 30L20-1AA and 30L20-2AA

Are no longer produced, due to the tooling that broke.

The 30L-series are special latches with a self-lifting drawhook version.

This self-lifting effect is due to a spring which is installed with the 30L series concealed under the drawhook.

You need to push this latch down in order to lock it.


The 30L1-3 and 30L1-4 latches of the 30L-series are also no longer produced.

However, these are latches without the self-lifting drawhook.

The latch can be replaced by the V934L-series latches.

We can provide our part Anemo latch AEL-KM680.

AEL-KM680 is mechanically and dimensionally the same as the camloc part KM680.

AEL-KM680 has a long lead time.

What versions of V18L exist?

What versions of V18L exist?

There are 4 different types of the series V18L regarding the secondary lock.

The first type has no secondary lock.

An example is V18L01-1-1AA.

The second type has a secondary lock which is called a hasp.

The hasp clicks in when you close the latch.

This ensures extra safety to keep the latch closed under higher pressure.

An example is V18L01-1X1AA.

The third type has as a secondary lock a hole, where you can use a padlock.

This can be useful to ensure nobody can open it unless you have the key.

An example of this latch is V18L01-1Y1AA.

The last type has as a secondary lock which is a cylinder lock with a protecting cap.

This type uses a torsion lock, so if it turns 90 degrees from point A to point B it locks.

 secures it better than the second type.

This kind of latch is again seperated in 4 types.

Type D has the cylinder lock and protecting cap.

Type E is without the cylinder lock and protecting cap.

Type F is like type D but with a adjustable grip length.

Type G is like type F but with an extra torque nut.
