Broaching tools are used to pre-broach holes for very hard materials with a hardness greater than 30 HRC or 300 Vickers. These broaching tools are very miniature, therefore the blades as well. This causes the tool to potentially break when used. The cost of this tool is high as well due to the difficult manufacturing process. We can also supply these tools with just 1 blade, to ensure it can last longer. The broaching tool BT161-2 is used to pre-broach the following clinserts:
