Corona implications at Anemo

Due to Corona and uncertain market conditions, original promised delivery dates and pricing might not be met.

We might pro-actively request before shipping an email confirmation if your factory accepts parcels.
Furthermore, we might check if our regular transport company which is GLS and TNT in Europe and TNT & FEDEX outside Europe can deliver to your location based on your postal code.

When we have a go ahead from you or the transport company, we will ship the goods and you will receive your tracking number.

In some cases, the transport rates from our regular transport companies might go up dramatically.
We reserve the right to change the conditions of CPT or DDU or DAP towards ex-works when such event happens.
even when the quote has already been sent and payment executed.
You can then propose your own carrier number to Anemo and we will ship with your carrier. (typically UPS, DHL...)
Or you can arrange yourself the transport with another transport company

same is valid for prices quoted, these are now only valid for 30 days.  Even if you place an order with a delivery time later then 1 month, we might have to alter our pricing according to the market.
We will off course try to respect as much our original quote, but will not accept any orders that have a too long uncertainty factor due to currency fluctations, raw material cost increases,...

Are goods Corona free when we receive them from Anemo?

yes they are:
goods are typically made of metal and are packed in plastic bags and also then packed in a carton box.

The transit time to get goods to you is typically more then 24 hours.

the time the virus can be still alive and infect you is the following:

- metal: 6 hours

- plastic packaging: 3 hours

- carton: 2 hours

Will you change your payment conditions?

during this period we will reward our customers that have historic regular minimum 3 invoices per year to continue to grant the payment terms of 30 days net.
We might be more strict for customers that only order once a year.  This means that we cannot hold the payment terms and payment will be required before transport of the goods.
Take care: customers on 30 days net will be strictly followed up on correct payment behavior.  If you do not pay correctly, a prepayment will be required for your next order.
Credit limits might be lowered also.

Situation as from 4 January 2021

our IT and engineering staff is working fully from home office.

our sales staff:

French staff is available in the morning in the office from 8h30-13h30 ; and from 14h30-17h15 in the home office

USA staff is available from 9h00-17h15 except on Tuesday and Thursday afternoon working from the home office, also available in our evening from home office (=your morning)

Spanish staff is avaialble from 8h30-17h15 ; except on Monday and Wednesday afternoon working from the home office

Direction is Tuesday & Thursday from 9h45-18h45 in the office, Wednesday morning from home office.

Marketing only Wednesday afternoon in the office

HR half day per week in the office, usually Tuesdays or Thursday afternoon

Situation as from 27 October 2020

75% of staff is working from the office, otherways we cannot ship products.

 Situtuation March-May 2020

From 3 April 2020, We add a surcharge at this moment of 0.50 euro or 0.50 USD or 0.50 GBP per kg of any shipment we do to you.
This charge will be withdrawn once we do not have these costs anymore being charged by our carriers.

we have 60% of our staff working at the office.  Other staff is working from home.  We will guarantee the swift service as usual.
(currently Tuesday and Thursday afternoon everybody works also from their home office to be able to spend time with their family)

 We have one supplier that is still in lockdown till 17th of May, this is only valid for the clamps we sell.  We can only ship what we have in stock at this moment.

please note, from 18th of March Anemo is listed as a crucial company, that can remain open.
