there are only a limited amount of parts compatible with the CA parts. basiscally most of the 2383 series come with a 2 lugged thread, wherass the CA parts can come with a 4 lug thread.

For use in non-metallic and soft or thin metallic structures
Can be flared, bonded or riveted to the structure

fastener reuse and hole mis-alignment
